Inverter Technology and Solutions
Inverters are core speed-regulation and energy-saving equipment in modern industrial automation, widely used in fans, pumps, machine tools, assembly lines, and other electromechanical drive scenarios. By relying on variable-frequency speed-regulation technology, they enable soft starting, stepless speed regulation, and overload protection of motors. However, under complex working conditions such as dust, high temperature, humidity, grid fluctuations, and heavy-load impacts, long-term operation makes inverters prone to faults including electrical aging, module damage, and parameter anomalies, which directly affect production continuity and may even cause equipment damage.
Inverter technology and solutions focus on accurate fault diagnosis, targeted repair, and preventive maintenance. Common faults mainly include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overtemperature, and grounding leakage, and these faults are often interrelated, requiring comprehensive judgment based on panel fault codes and actual operating conditions. On-site troubleshooting follows the principle of "external before internal, software before hardware, no-load before on-load," while repair work must strictly observe safety procedures such as power-off discharge and same-specification component replacement. At the same time, through standardized daily maintenance—power supply and line environment management, operating parameter and load matching, tiered maintenance, and working-condition adaptation—the failure rate can be significantly reduced, ensuring continuous and stable operation of production lines.
